Class Descriptions

The &Yoga style is simple: movement that connects you to yourself. We think yoga is a way everyone can (and should!) get to know their bodies. Our teachers are here to help you figure that out. They understand the physical and mental aspects of the practice and will guide you through both. Our classes are designed for yogis of all types and experience levels.

 

& Vinyasa

This class is designed to be challenging for all levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this is the perfect option to get in your body. Rooted in alignment and vinyasa style yoga, we will move and groove for 60 minutes to an ever-changing playlist. Our gently heated room (90 degrees) will provide the perfect space to connect with our breath and bodies. You will leave sweaty, empowered, and proud of what you accomplished!

& Vinyasa Alignment

This class is designed to provide space to slow down and breakdown poses in more detail. We will turn down the heat (80 degrees) and help find your edge by holding poses for longer periods. This is the perfect starting place for a beginner or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen their practice! You might leave sweaty, you might learn a thing or two, and you definitely will be empowered and proud of what you accomplished.

& Restore

This restorative practice is the perfect way to unwind. A gentler style of yoga, this class will give you the time you crave for deeper stretch, connection, and meditation. You will leave relaxed and feeling like you’ve truly given back to your body.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is yoga for sleep. We will prop you up nice and comfy and you will be guided into deep relaxation that simulates sleep. Your job is to stay present and reap the benefits of down regulating your mind along with your body into a place free from time and space. Sounds lovely, huh? It is.
